Spending the day with MICKEY MOUSE!!!!!!

When Austin was turning 1 we all headed to the Happiest Place on Earth so since Cody is turning 1 we had to do the same. It was a pretty warm day, but we all had a blast. Cody had his special Mickey Birthday shirt to wear and the rest of the family also donned their Disney apparel too. We started our day at California Adventure and then headed off to spend the rest of the day at Disneyland. Thanks Grandma & Grandpa for such a memorable day!!!

A sleepover in SAN DIEGO

So after our fun day with Grandma & Grandpa at Sea World, we spent the night in San Diego and then went on a Harbor Cruise the next day. We had a blast and had BEAUTIFUL weather too. The boys LOVED riding on the boat. We also got lucky and got to see a bunch of seals and had a dolphin swimming and jumping along side of the boat!!!!

I know I am soooooo behind...........

I know, I am so behind!!!! I am trying to catch up, but WOW there has been so much going on lately. April 29th the boys and I packed up and headed to Temecula to visit and spend the night with my best friend from high school (friends for almost 17 years) and her boys. We were so excited to see Nicole and Chad and see their beautiful new home. They have 2 boys also; Logan (3) and Noah (7 months). Austin and Logan had a blast riding bikes, playing with toys, and of course stripping down and running in the water. The 2 little ones hung out and watched Baby Einstein together. Unfortunately, Cody was not himself on this visit and during the night started running a high temp. Poor Baby!!! We ended the evening with a yummy dinner and then off to the bath for the boys. Once the kids were all FINALLY down, the adults got to hang out, watch American Idol, drink some wine, and catch up. Thanks you guys for a great visit. Wish we could do it more often. I miss ya to pieces.......

What a great day visiting Sea World!!! It was Austin & Cody's 1st visit and boy did they love it. It was so much fun just watching the boys reactions to everything. We had perfect weather too. We ended our amazing day at a local hotel where we got comfy and ordered dinner in. Thanks Grandma & Grandpa for such a fun & memorable day!!!!

Here I go.......................

So, here I go. The first of many updates to catch up on our 5 week trip to California. YES, I said 5 weeks!!! We had a GREAT time spending quality time with family and friends, but we (especially the boys) were happy to get back home too. The boys did great on our trip back and were so happy to have their beds and toys back. The 3 hour time change had all of us quite screwed up, but I think we are all about back on track with east coast time. What an amazing trip we had. Spent Easter with family, Disneyland twice, California Adventure twice, Sea World, San Diego Harbor Cruise, Cody's 1st Birthday Party, Cody's Baptism, and lots of fun memories with family & friends!!!

11 Months Old....(a little behind I know)

So, here's a quickie..... We made it back from California safe and sound. The boys are so happy to have their own beds and toys back. It has taken us a few days to get the 3 hour time change under control, which is why tonight I finally have a moment to put Cody's 11 month pictures on the blog. I will catch up with more from our trip shortly. We did so much and had a great time.
